You can search our openings, review our benefits, and learn more about SBA Communications by clicking on the link. https://www.sbasite.com Your Next Career Opportunity – SEC Reporting Analyst Under the direction of the SEC Reporting Senior Analyst, the Financial Reporting Analyst has the responsibility of reviewing the Company's annual financial statements for our international markets in accordance with IFRS rules and regulations. This role will interface with the accounting departments in the local markets as well as corporate to extract data and reports from the local books, Hyperion reporting system, and general ledger system to facilitate the review of these financial statements. Assists in coordination of year-end audit schedules and analyses for the external auditors. This role will also assist with preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Review the Company's annual financial statements for our international markets in accordance with IFRS rules and regulations. Assist with preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues. Directly interacts with external & internal auditors and support quarterly reviews and annual audits. Compile supporting schedules for auditors as requested. Research and analyze new and existing technical accounting and reporting pronouncements, utilizing authoritative guidance in order to review external disclosure requirements. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting and reporting. Support SEC Reporting Senior Manager with ad hoc analysis or special projects as assigned. Other projects and duties as assigned. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field of study; and 2-3 years of financial accounting (such as SEC reporting or technical accounting) and/or public accounting experience (preferably Big 4). Experience with IFRS/GAAP related research and application of pronouncements. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish required Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or demonstrated effort and intent to obtain CPA certification preferred #LI-MD1
